Fat Burners - September 25th, 2009

The best way of course to burn fat is to have desire.  There are literally a million ways to burn calories.  People have debated forever the best techniques and the best of what to do and what not to do.  Whether it is done through diet and hard work at the gym, or through diet pills and fat burners.  The bottom line is if you do not have the desire it is destined to fail.  Conversely, if you have the desire to get in shape, you will.  No one goes to the gym, works out like a dog for months and gets no results.  Some people worry they are doing the wrong exercises for their goal.  If your goal is to be an olympic body builder than that is a concern. 

If you are like 99.9% of the world though, and just want to be fit and in shape and look good, then basically if your sweating and your feeling sore the next day after a work out then your on the right track.  It is a great feeling to be working out like that.  The technical things like debating cardio vs. lifting or, can I work my biceps the day after working chest is really just a footnote.  Get in the gym, sweat, feel it the next day and you will get in shape quickly.
